Lee Sames Egan (LSE) traces its roots back to 1966, when the practice was first established in Coffs Harbour to provide trusted legal support for the local community. Over the decades, it has grown into a boutique firm known for its focus on wills, estates, probate, and conveyancing. Built on values of integrity and personal service, the firm has become a long-standing presence in the region, helping generations of families plan for the future and navigate life’s important milestones.
A major turning point came when Peter Sames joined the practice in 1973 and became a partner in 1974. Originally trained in psychology before turning to law, Peter brought a thoughtful, people-focused approach to the firm. His leadership and commitment to honesty, courtesy, and ethical practice shaped the firm’s reputation and guided its evolution through major changes in the legal landscape. In 2010, both Rachael Doland and Jason Clark joined the firm, bringing fresh energy while carrying forward the values that defined Peter’s career. Sadly, Peter Sames passed away in 2025, but his legacy continues through their leadership and the enduring respect the firm holds in the Coffs Harbour community.
